Baby Whitten! BluOrchid Photography ~ Marion AR Baby Photographer
This is Mr. Whitten. He came to see me just a week after he made his way into the world. His mom came in a few weeks before he arrived and did a secret maternity session for a surprise for her husband. We had a great time with Mr. Whitten. He was a bit fussy with us at first, but we just cranked up the vacuum cleaner and he was in heaven! We got some really sweet shots of him and one that I absolutely love of him on his dad's arm! We are going to be putting that one up at our Dr's office display at Baptist Women's Hospital in Memphis! Have a look at this sweet boy!

Memphis Maternity Portraits! BluOrchid Photography ~ Marion AR Photographer
This is Ms. Lindsay. She came to me just a few days before she was to be induced (I know very last minute but we worked her in because it's not like you can hold off labor, you know!?). She wanted to do a maternity session before the baby came to surprise her husband. When they came in to see the portraits of the baby, we had the maternity ones on the slideshow as well and he was very pleasantly surprised! Here are a few of my favorites from her session! Marion Senior Portraits! BluOrchid Photography ~ Marion AR Senior Photographer
Meet Ms. Audi! She graduates this coming May from Marion H.S. She was a really fun senior to work with and is very talented...she plays 3 instruments. She wanted to have some fun during her session and we did just that! We ended up in downtown Memphis and went all over to find the coolest graffiti walls and then she decided for her last outfit that she wanted some water in the background. So we made our way over to the fountains and not only did she have it in the background...that crazy girl hopped right in the middle of the fountains! It was a really great day for it because it was unseasonable warm that day! She is full of personality and spunk and was a blast to work with. I really liked her portraits and pre-designed an album for her viewing and ordering session of some of my favorites from the day. Have a look at all the fun we had!

This is one of my fun families from the quickie sessions we did this fall. They were really fun and in just 20 minutes, we got some great images for them. They have even talked about coming back later to do another session because they really enjoyed it! I can't wait to work with them again....the youngest was quite amazed with the bubble blower and had the biggest blue eyes ever! Thanks guys for being so great!

We have an early "Elf" lead! Get those votes in!!!
Ok so I've been keeping close watch on the votes and we have an early leader with Elf #28! Close behind are elf #13, 27, 21, 19, and 14!

We still have a very tight race between a few certain elves! I think from now on I'm going to keep it secret who's in the lead! You never know if someone is sneaking in on you with votes, so don't get lazy on me! I will say that we have one elf that is particularly farther ahead in votes than anyone else, but that apparently some elf parents sent this out to their friends and family today because we have some new elves bumping their vote numbers big time this evening! Only tomorrow and Friday left for voting!

But I will say that one elf is still way in the lead, but we have had a comeback by some of the others....and a few that weren't even on the map yet are making a huge appearance in the votes. So, keep them coming....today and tomorrow until midnight are left for putting in your votes! You never know if someone will sneak ahead of the pack! BluOrchid Photography's Cutest Elf Contest Voting Begins Now!
Ok, so we have the photographs ready of each of our sweet kiddos that came in and participated in the cutest elf contest this past Saturday. We had a great turn out and have so many clothes and food to donate to our charity, Families in Transition. We really want to thank you all for the great work you did in bringing the items....I'm sure they will be greatly appreciated by the families that are served this holiday season.
