This is her groom-to-be, Chris. We think it's so sweet when the man comes-along to support his expecting lady. Aren't their smiles charming?

For those expecting moms who might be curious about maternity photography, but are nervous about the semi-nude poses, a lot of our clients opt for fully-clothed maternity portraits which we think are just as gorgeous.

They got a big canvas of this one to hang above their baby's basinett.

We thought the red fabric looked lovely on her.

We can't wait to meet Tonya's newborn.

Meet Gavin! We did his parents fun maternity session not too long ago! They were fabulous with him! He came in about a week after he was born and did great for his first session! Really a sleepy guy and so cute! I love when clients bring their babies in this early! This is when we get all the really artistic poses and sleepy looks. See for yourself!

Meet Jess and Jared. They came to me and wanted something a little more on the artistic side for their maternity session. So we came up with some really fun ideas....they have a motorcycle so we did a few portraits on that...some at my favorite old mill, and some more artistic ones in the studio with them looking at one of their amazing 3D sonogram portraits. This little guy was getting his picture taken before he ever even arrived! Too cool! So here are a few of my favorites from that session!

This is Ms. Lindsay. She came to me just a few days before she was to be induced (I know very last minute but we worked her in because it's not like you can hold off labor, you know!?). She wanted to do a maternity session before the baby came to surprise her husband. When they came in to see the portraits of the baby, we had the maternity ones on the slideshow as well and he was very pleasantly surprised! Here are a few of my favorites from her session! Well, Jess and Jared are coming in this week to see their maternity portraits and some of their little man, baby Gavin. But, I told them I would post a sneak peak of the maternity pictures....so here is my favorite of Jess. I just love this location...so old and vintage looking....with that hint of warmth that I love! And Jess just looks beautiful there with the wind blowing her hair. Hope you guys love it as much as I do and I will see you Wednesday to see the rest!!!
